I am looking for good English schools in Japan that won't exploit their workers

I am looking for good English schools in Japan that won't exploit their workers?
I am looking into teaching English in Japan. I have read a lot about companies that treat their employees like crap (Aeon, Nova) And companies that make you sign contracts that say you won't work over 29.5 hours but you in reality you will most certainly work past that time. What are some good companies that treat English teachers well?

You could try the JET program. Most ESL teachers in Japan work for companies like Aeon and Nova, so you really don't have too much choice.

whats a good study-abroad summer program that goes to japan? (besides YFU)

whats a good study-abroad summer program that goes to japan? (besides YFU)?
I'm applying for the summer program at YFU but I was wondering about the other organizations that also do the same. I found a directory here http://www.studyabroad.com/programs/high_school/japan but I'm not sure which ones are the most promising. also, any tips on what these programs look for in a student?

AFS is also a good one. I don't know that Rotary does just summer programs or not. Whichever one you choose, make sure it is on the CSIET list -- and I advise against AYUSA/Intrax and Two Worlds United. They have the worst reputations. The programs will look at: Academics. You don't need a perfect GPA but you do have to show you are capable of handling work in another country. The GPA is usually lower for summer programs. Independence: Have you been away from home before? Do you make decisions on your own? Can you handle yourself for an extended period without your parents? A hint here -- if your parents are in the interview with you, do NOT look at them before answering a question. Open mindedness. Are you friends with a variety of different people? Different races? Different cultures? Have you ever attended a church from a different religion than your own? Those things will help! Good luck.
