Can you speak, read and write Japanese at a native level ? If not, you won't be accepted into any schools.

It depends on what kind of flight school you mean, to be a pilot? or? In any case, I don't think you can "continue" your study in Japan. You have to start from the beginning of the course at a Japanese school.
